Our Nurse: Laura has extensive experience in managing the most complex and challenging health care issues. She is a real "people-person." Originally trained as an intensive care unit nurse (13 years in the trenches), she also worked in hospital based women's healthcare prior to joining the doctor. Dr. Buch states that, "Laura has done an awesome job in adapting to the office environment, and she functions as the critical link between myself, our patients and our services." Prior to becoming our office nurse in April of 2002, Laura also worked performing complex sperm testing at our NTMIC laboratory.
Our Laboratory Technologist: Sharon has more than 18 years experience in healthcare. Although she joined us in September 2002, she has fit in seamlessly with our practice. She had last worked as senior technologist for the office based laboratory of a medical practice in Cardiology and Internal Medicine. Dr. Buch relates, "Sharon has been an impressive addition to our staff right from the outset, and maintains the highest level of professionalism in her laboratory work and in her patient contact."
Our Office Manager: Clifton has more than 13 years of experience in the insurance and healthcare industry. He joined our clinic in 2006, and has provided us with excellent support in all aspects of medical office management and patient relations. As Dr. Buch states, "Clifton does a great job of understanding and sorting through personal, medical and financial issues as they relate to excellent patient care."
Our Receptionist: Elsa joined us in 2007 from a large specialty practice and ER facility. She has over 15 years of experience in patient registration, appointment scheduling, insurance verification, and miscellaneous office administrative duties. Dr. Buch states that, "Elsa does a wonderful job of keeping our front office operations functioning smoothly. She was a perfect fit to our staff from the start." Her professionalism and pleasant disposition are only two of the strongest qualities that we love about Elsa.
